in Year 4 have started British Science Week by watching a lesson with Tim Peak talking about how to keep healthy as an astronaut in space.

This year's theme for British Science Week is "Adapt and Change". Chestnut Class looked at the different adaptations of animals that live in different habitats. We then designed our own creature that would have perfect adaptations to live in our classrooms!
As part of British Science Week, Professor Lee from Mini Professors has joined us for the day! She started off delivering a whole school assembly, showing us about the evolution of the living world. Throughout the day, each class completed a Science workshop with her.
